How To Stop MTN PAYU
You can deactivate MTN PAYG browsing if you wish to cease being charged pay as you go for data after having used it. The hard aspect of the PAYU plan is that if you run out of bundle data or your Wi-Fi connection drops in the middle of a download or heavy surfing, the network will charge you for the remainder of your activity using your airtime. Downloading @ 3/MB might rapidly consume a great deal of airtime.

You will receive a response confirming that you have opted out of using your airtime for browsing, and your airtime will no longer be debited for Internet use. If you wish to continue using MTN Internet on your phone, you must purchase a data plan or re-enable PAYG browsing.
Is there a fee for opting in for MTN PAYG browsing?
There is no charge for opting in. you will not be charged for opting in for PAYG browsing. You will only be charged for the data you use, at the rate of N3 per MB.
