How to Recharge/Subscribe to GOTV with First Bank App

To recharge or subscribe your GOtv plan, follow these simple steps:

1. Open the First Bank Mobile app.
2. Enter your ‘MPin.’
3. Tap on the Menu icon at the top left hand corner and tap on “Pay bills.”
4. Tap on “Cable TV bills.”
5. Tap on “GOtv Subscription.”
6. Tap on the “GOtv Package” you want to pay for.
7. Enter your GOtv smart card number in the “Ref Number” space.
8. Enter your phone number (optional).
9. Tap “Continue.”
10. Thereafter, enter your First Mobile pin to confirm the payment.
